报告题目：On the free-surface incompressible ideal MHD
报告摘要：We consider a free boundary problem for the incompressible ideal magnetohydrodynamic equations that describes the motion of the plasma in vacuum. The magnetic field is tangent and the total pressure vanishes along the plasma-vacuum interface. Under the Taylor sign condition of the total pressure on the free surface, we prove the local well-posedness of the problem in Sobolev spaces.

报告人简介：王焰金，厦门大学数学科学学院教授，厦门大学与布朗大学联合培养博士，香港中文大学博士后，2013年获得全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖 ，2015年获得福建省自然科学杰出青年基金。研究方向为非线性流体动力学方程（Navier-Stokes、Euler方程等）和动理学方程（Boltzmann方程、Landau方程），在ARMA,CMP,CPDE,JMPA,SIAM J.M.A 等国际一流杂志发表学术论文数十篇。
