报告题目:Asymptotic stability of bacterial population chemotaxis
报告摘要:We consider the global dynamics of the initial-boundary value problem of a chemotaxis model in a bounded domain with smooth boundary in two dimensions. Our results reveal that bacteria will go extinction if they have natural death and survive if natural death does not occur. By numerical simulations we show that the nutrient will be depleted if the bacterial death rate θ > 0 is small and survive if θ > 0 is large, which is however left as an open analytical question in the paper.
报告人简介:金海洋于2014年博士毕业于香港理工大学,现为华南理工大学副教授。金海洋副教授主要从事生物数学的研究,特别在生物趋化性模型行波解的存在性和稳定性,以及生物斑图的形成等方面做了一些工作。现已在 Nonlinearity, Journal of Differential Equations 等国际重要期刊上发表论文10余篇, 多篇论文入选ESI高被引论文和热点论文。
