报告题目：Free boundary in optimal transport

报告摘要: In an important paper by Caffarelli and McCann, they proved that the free boundary in optimal partial transport problem is $C^{1,\alpha}$ regular, assuming the domains are strictly convex.I will discuss some recent work with Jiakun Liu on a slight improvement by removing the strict convexity condition on the domains, thus establishing a sharp result. Higher order regularity will also be discussed.

报告人简介：陈世炳教授主要研究课题为Monge-Ampere方程及其在最优运输和凸几何中的应用，近年来与合作者在Monge-Ampere方程的正则性理论上取得若干成果。
