报告题目:Local Uniqueness of Rotating Bose-Einstein Condensates with Attractive Interactions
报告摘要:In this talk, we focus on ground states of rotating Bose-Einstein condensates (BECs) with attractive interactions. The existence and nonexistence of ground states are classified in terms of the rotational velocity of the trap and as well the strengthen of attractive interactions. The local uniqueness of ground states is then discussed, no matter whether the trapping potential V(x) is radially symmetric or not.
报告人简介:郭玉劲,华中师范大学教授,博士生导师,数学与统计学学院副院长。主要研究非线性泛函分析中的变分理论及其在非线性偏微分方程、数学物理等领域的应用,先后在微机电系统MEMS方程、质量临界约束变分理论、量子多体系统的涡旋现象等方面做出过一系列科研成果。在美国数学会出版一部英文研究专著【Courant Lecture Notes in Math. 20】,在Comm. Pure Appl. Math.、Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal.、Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.、J. Funct. Anal.、Ann. Inst. H. Poincaré Anal. Non Linéaire、Proc. Royal Soc. London Ser. A、CVPDE、SIAM J. Math. Anal.、Nonlinearity、JDE等国际著名期刊上发表学术论文30余篇。
