报告题目：Periodic solutions of nonlinear wave equation with x-dependent coefficients

报告摘要：This talk is concerned with the periodic solutions of nonlinear wave equation with x-dependent coefficients. Such a model arises from the forced vibrations of an inhomogeneous string and the propagation of seismic waves in inhomogeneous media. We shall give some existence results on the periodic solutions of such a model with different types of nonlinearity.

报告人简介：冀书关，东北师范大学教授、博士生导师，主要从事微分方程与动力系统研究，于《Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal.》、《SIAM J. Appl. Math.》、《Calc. Var. Partial Differential Equations》和《J. Differential Equations》等高水平学术刊物发表论文40余篇，主持国家自然科学基金、高等学校博士学科点专项基金和教育部留学回国基金等科研项目多项，并获得全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名奖、吉林省科技进步一等奖和吉林省青年科技奖等多项奖励和荣誉。
