报告题目:Ground States of Rotating Attractive Bose Gases near the Critical Velocity
报告摘要:We consider ground states of two-dimensional attractive Bose gases in the rotating trap. The existing works of analyzing ground states are mainly devoted to the case where the rotational velocity \Omega is strictly less than the critical rotational velocity \Omega^*. In this talk, we discuss our recent progress on the limiting profiles of ground states as \Omega approaches to \Omega^*.
报告人简介:郭玉劲教授,博士生导师,华中师范大学数学与统计学学院副院长,湖北省工业与应用数学会副理事长。主要研究非线性泛函分析中的变分理论及其在非线性偏微分方程、数学物理等领域的应用,先后在微机电系统MEMS方程、质量临界约束变分理论、量子多体系统的涡旋现象等方面做出过一系列科研成果。在美国数学会出版一部英文研究专著【Courant Lecture Notes in Math. 20】,在Comm. Pure Appl. Math.、Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal.、Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.、J. Funct. Anal.、Ann. Inst. H. Poincaré Anal. Non Linéaire、Proc. Royal Soc. London Ser. A、CVPDE、SIAM J. Math. Anal.、Nonlinearity、JDE等数学期刊上发表学术论文40篇。
